Goal #3 - Lose 15 gallons of fuel (Health)

Ok, so what the hell does that mean? Lose 15 gallons of fuel?



To keep with the general aviation theme of my goals I decided to set the goal as extra fuel I could carry if I lost weight. Given the fuel used is 6lbs per gallon then that means I have the ambitious goal of losing 90lbs!

And what is the game plan for this agressive goal? Keeping it as simple as possible: calories in < calories out
